My tasks: leadership and further development of the team Compute Services including personnel, resource and budget responsibility, Strategic development and modernisation of the Compute platform as well as control of architecture, lifecycle management and roadmaps, Responsibility for the safe, highly available and economical operation of the server and virtualization infrastructure in the KRITIS environment, ensuring compliance, IT security and service quality including KRITIS requirements, operating processes and standards, Control of service providers and close cooperation with adjacent infrastructure, security and application teams.

successfully completed study of computer science or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience, Multiannual experience in operation, the further development and modernisation of server, virtualization and data center infrastructures including lifecycle management of hardware and software, multiannual experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of teams, knowledge of modern virtualization technologies and good understanding of adjacent infrastructure topics such as storage, network and IT security, experience in IT service management (e.g. ITIL) as well as the provision and development of IT services, Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation, pronounced communication strength and very good knowledge of German and good English.
