As a company of the state of Thuringia, the digital agency Thüringen GmbH supports ministries, state authorities, municipalities and companies of the Free State in digital transformation. We act as an impulse generator, strategy developer, project manager, networker, consultant and communicator. In this position you support us in the focus of building and operating a competence center for the practical and digital check.

In this position you support us in the focus of building and operating a competence center for the practical and digital check. You support the development of practical and digital legislation, for example by applying and evaluating the digital check, as well as advice on principles such as user orientation, Once-Only and end-to-end digitization, in order to make regulations digitally feasible from the outset. You are training legist women and legists in the techniques of modern, digital legislation. You analyze management processes, identify optimization potentials and visualize complex processes in understandable form. You design, tax and accompany digitization projects – from process analysis to concept development to implementation. You work with external service providers, research institutions and specialist departments to develop innovative solutions. You moderate workshops, guide participative working phases and support administrations to actively shape digital changes. You will explore current developments and trends in the public digital sector and bring your knowledge into projects and strategy papers. You conduct empirical analyses and studies on the state of digitalization in Thuringia and prepare results for decision-makers. You are linked federally and work in working groups with other federal states to improve practical and digital legislation

You have completed university studies (Master/ Diploma), preferably in law, communication sciences, administrative sciences, business informatics, public management or a comparable subject. You bring a multi-year professional experience in digital administration, consulting or project management for contractors. You know the administrative structures and decision-making processes at national level. You have experience in the moderation and design of workshops – ideally with methods of agile or participative work. You are sure to deal with methods of process analysis and visualization. You think analytically and networked and can prepare complex relationships for addressing and targeting groups. You are strong in communication, like working in the team and enjoying interdisciplinary work. You have a quick understanding and a conscientious and independent way of working. You can safely master the German language in word and writing (ideally C2-levelau) and draw your attention through a precise and stylistic expression. You are ready to travel within Thuringia and occasionally throughout Germany. You ideally bring knowledge of legislation.
