a successfully completed technical university degree with a technical focus in technical building equipment, utility or a comparable degree course, ideally with an additional economic qualification at least 7 years of professional experience, of which 3 years of professional experience either in technical-lateral or disciplinary personnel management of technical teams sound background knowledge of technical building infrastructure, legal regulations and the current state of the art with deeper experience in project management (ideally GPM certification level C) and proven responsibility for planning and construction of factories in the pharmaceutical or tech industry a systematic and entrepreneurial thinking and working method, coupled with solution creativity, readiness and awareness of responsibility extremely good communication and stakeholder management, above-average team and conflictability as well as highly personal leadership very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
