Organisation and implementation of crew changes in Germany and abroad: You coordinate the seamless transitions between crew members on and off to ensure smooth operation of the ship. Take into account complex international travel regulations and logistical challenges Worldwide communication with agents, ship management and board personnel: You are the central interface for communication and provide a clear flow of information between all parties. You can use different means of communication to work efficiently over time zones. Management of personnel data, certificates and patents of seafarers: You are acquiring the personal data and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The exact documentation is essential to ensure the qualifications of the crew and to minimise legal risks. Coordination of training: You plan and organize training and training for the crew to promote their skills. You work with external training providers and make sure that all legal requirements are met.

You have a completed commercial training or are a motivated cross-release (m/w/d) with maritime flair. You can safely communicate in German and English – other languages are a plus!
