Independent responsibility for the end-to-end recruiting process for selected vacancies in the area of professionals Advising Hiring Manager on all relevant topics related to Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Creating attractive job advertisements and selecting appropriate recruiting channels for each position Conducting interviews and selection of the right candidates for vacancies Creation of contract documents, coordination of onboarding measures as well as installation of new employees* in SAP SuccessFactors and Atoss, as required by the respective vacancy Key User for the applicant management system and active participation in the optimization of processes Working on and implementing HR projects to continuously improve our recruiting strategies Processing of initiative applications and care of the talent pool in representation

Complete university studies, ideally with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification Mind. 2-3 years of professional experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing environment or in a staff consultancy Good experience in conducting interviews and dealing with recruiting tools like XING TalentManager and LinkedIn Recruiter Very good knowledge of the application of applicant management systems to efficiently design the recruiting process High interest in current trends in recruiting, including IT trends and relevant job portals Impressed communication and organisational skills and a strong service orientation Team skills and joy in cooperative cooperation with various departments High integrity and sense of responsibility as well as a friendly and professional appearance Very good German and good English skills
