We have selected a large German bank as strategic customers and are currently building a global team to expand our existing relationships and engagements with this bank exponentially and worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic “hunter” as a sales manager that interacts directly with customers, generates new leads and opens up new business areas within the bank in Germany. The focus is on AD&M, digital and technological application development. This site is a great opportunity to become part of an experienced, dynamic global sales and delivery team.

Your mission:

• You support the Global Client Partner in operational sales. For this purpose, you research and identify new business opportunities within the Deutsche Bank Group and develop your own customer base in the DACH region (focusing on Private and Corporate Bank and DWS/Asset Management)
• You conduct cold acquisitions and engage relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• You work closely with internal teams to align solutions and value offers to Deutsche Bank.
• You set up and independently manage the Strategic Sales Plan (SSP) and are responsible for sales.
• You carry out sales presentations and effectively manage the sales process. You act as the first contact for all stakeholders.

Your Skillset:

• You have completed your studies and at least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting
• You have good experience in the context of financial services, a basic technological understanding and banking and have an optimal network with Deutsche Bank
• You are a dynamic open “hunter” personality with pleasure in customer contact and a high self-motivation
• Your work is characterised by a high self-initiative and a “business entrepreneur” mentality.
• You have a positive Can-Do setting and a pronounced readiness to learn and have strategic thinking skills to optimize complex processes.
• You have knowledge of German and English with a high degree of negotiation
