Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (m/f/d)

Digitalisation consulting: You advise on the digitization of customer service processes, embedded in a holistic customer experience. Solution Concept: You design solutions based on MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Process automation: You automate service processes by using and configuring AI and chatbots. System integration: You integrierst call center or telephony solutions in MS Dynamics Customer Service. Workshops and trainings: You carry out workshops and training with our customers. Project management: You take over the project and subproject management.

Experience: You have over 3-5 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects with good knowledge in customizing MS Dynamics Customer Service (including Power Virtual Agent, Customer Voice and Teams Voice). Service KPIs: Long service KPIs are common to you. Requirements: You have good knowledge of the request collection. Marketing Automation: First experience with marketing automation or a high interest in it. Agile Projects: You have experiences in agile projects. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills.
