Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück You organize and accompany construction projects commercially and administratively – from project start to completion, if necessary also within the framework of working communities You take over project controlling and reporting: performance determinations/registrations, target-actual comparisons, cost center and result tracking as well as forecasts You take care of billing and accounting, check and process supplier and contractor bills and start accounting You are responsible for cash and receivable management including payment tracking, monitoring of open items and dunning You carry out follow-up overviews and follow-ups, trade with clients and ensure compliance with commercial and legal requirements (including guarantees and insurance if required)

You have a completed commercial training (ideally in construction, e.g. as a builder/wife) or a comparable qualification or Education Ideally, you bring multi-year professional experience in project management or construction management or in project business environment with You have very good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel You are ready to travel and be on site on projects/construction sites You work independently and responsibly, are team-ready, strong communication and performs service- and customer-oriented
