Consultant Fundamental Questions Land Acquisition (m/f/d)

Upgrading and expansion of basic strategic acquisition including market and location analyses and deriving recommendations Representation of the company in significant and complex contractual negotiations and responsible acquisitions as well as contractual purchase of land Implementation and further development of GIS solutions for (strategic) land acquisition and land security Support and development of a broad stakeholder network (including municipalities, brokers, owners, authorities) Development of strategies, concepts, guidelines and standards for land acquisition and land conservation as well as analysis of relevant legal and political developments Interface to the basic operating acquisition and central contact person for basic acquisition issues in the company, including presentations and opinions for bodies and decision-makers

Above-average degree in real estate management, ideally based on a training as a real estate businessman or a comparable residential or planning training multiannual experience in a company as part of the strategic planning and development of land and/or real estate, as well as sound knowledge of land acquisition (including acquisition, assessment and contractual settlement) very good strategic and conceptual thinking ability, proven experience in building new topics as well as pleasure in basic and building work high level of self-initiative, sense of responsibility and decision-making, strong team and communication skills and ideally experience in dealing with GIS systems and property-related data as well as secure written and oral communication (especially for creating templates, reports and opinions)
