Tasks and activities As a specialist in law (w/m/d), you will ensure that social services are awarded fairly and correctly, thus contributing to social justice. Inconsistencies: You examine and examine the appeals and objections under the Social Court Act (SGB II), e.g. applications, complaints, appeals, etc. Applying legal bases: You evaluate the facts on the basis of applicable laws and derive sound decisions. Built: You have a university degree, ideally a legal or a (special) university degree in the fields of social insurance law, public management, economic law or business.
