You shape the interaction of the various IT, telephony and associated software solutions such as OTC, Softphone and Unified Communication. You develop the landscape of the communication infrastructure / client infrastructure of NRW.BANK strategically and technically and define architecture standards. You align the operation and control of the service providers to the standard operating standards (e.g. ITIL) as well as the applicable regulatory requirements and then apply common security rules. You control different service providers to ensure secure and stable operation of the communication applications and client operations. You take tasks in IT management of the capital market area in the 1st level and 2nd level support as well as coordination in IT major IT disorders. You take project or subproject management into office infrastructure projects.
