ENF BFY GmbH is a production site with around 100 employees in the Bavarian town of Faulbach. The focus of production is on the production of protein, fruit and nut bars. Since 2023, ENF BFY has been part of the Ferrero Group. With 39 brands sold in more than 170 countries, this is one of the world's largest confectionery companies (Sweet Packaged Food). Ferrero is already in third generation and is still in family ownership. Specialist Quality - Hygiene & Pestcontrol (w/m/d)

Location: Faulbach Start date: now Development, implementation and further development of all cleaning, hygiene and pest control programs and ensuring the effectiveness of these programs Development, implementation and updating of relevant standards and procedures in the field of hygiene and pest control according to legal regulations and Ferrero FSQ requirements (personal hygiene, environment hygiene, process hygiene) Development and implementation of relevant KPIs for the functional area, as well as reports and assessments of these in relation to the relevant target group Identify possibilities for improvement in hygiene and pest control practices and advance appropriate measures Creating training documents and carrying out training in the context of hygiene, pest control and relevant GMP requirements Cooperation and management of relevant projects and initiatives

Minimum degree in food technology, food chemistry or nutritional sciences or comparable Experience in quality and food safety as well as comprehensive and profound understanding of quality processes, including HACCP and ISO certifications Insufficient experience in cleaning, disinfection and pest control Experience in the management of programs and projects Secure handling of EDV (MS Office) Languages: German and English (both at least guaranteed for negotiation) Effective communication and team leadership skills Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving competence
