Goods Receipt / Tool Issue Processing (m/f/d)

You take over the acceptance, testing and booking of goods and ensure a smooth process of goods receipt. In doing so, coordinate the distribution of incoming goods to the respective departments and take over the preparation and dispatch of parcels. In addition, you are responsible for managing and outputting tools, consumables and resources, as well as maintaining the corresponding inventory data in the SAP system. You maintain the tool machines and stocks, check invoices and assist in the clarification of deviations. Administrative activities, document management and the preparation of evaluations complete your task area.

You have a completed commercial or technical training, for example as an industrial merchant, specialist in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification. Experience in dealing with SAP, ideally in the module MM, as well as good MS Office skills will help you. A structured, careful and reliable way of working is just as good as a high level of sense of responsibility. Teamability, flexibility and communication strength complete your profile.
