As a practical guide / nursing specialist (m/w/d) you accompany and support our trainees in their practical training and support them in their professional and personal development. In addition, you bring your nursing competence in the living area. Practical instructions: planning, carrying out and documentation of practical instructions and accompanying our trainees during their practical training. Training guidance: implementation of reflection, assessment and development talks and individual promotion of the professional and personal development of our trainees. Training concepts: participation in the further development of our practical training as well as mediation of the competences enshrined in the nursing profession law. Care specialist support: implementation of basic and treatment care and implementation of individual care measures according to current quality standards. Teamwork: Close cooperation with residential areas, practical managers and the care team to ensure high-quality training and care.

Your profile: Qualification: Completed training as a nurse (m/w/d) as well as a completed training on the practical instructions. professional experience: at least two years of professional experience as a nurse; Experience in practical instructions is desirable. Communication: Joy in communicating knowledge as well as good rhetorical skills and value-adding communication. Working methods: Structured, independent and responsible working methods and organisational skills. Personality: team orientation, willingness to learn, flexibility and enthusiasm for the training of future nurses. Good IT skills are beneficial.

Framework conditions: Place of use: Rethen, Hahne Residenz 'Rethen an der Leine'. Hours: full-time with 40 hours per week, divided into 20 hours of practical instructions and 20 hours as a nurse. Type of contract: Unlimited. Working hours: Practical instructions mostly on Mondays to Fridays in early service. Uses as a nursery take place in early and late service as well as on individual weekends. Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 4,200,36 and € 4,851,12, depending on the experience.
