Your tasks:

• Restructuring the production of individual production for line production: directing and coordinating the conversion of the existing manufacture to efficient line production in the field of metal processing, in particular welding and soldering
• Quality assurance: development and implementation of quality control processes and standards to ensure product quality during and after restructuring
• Process optimization: Analysis and optimization of existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Documentation: Creation and maintenance of documentation and reports on the follow-up of quality controls and process changes
• Error analysis: Identification and analysis of error sources and implementation of corrective measures
• Cooperation: Close cooperation with other departments such as production, research and development, as well as purchasing to ensure a smooth transition

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies with technical orientation, e.g. materials sciences (preferably metals), mechanical engineering and the like.
• Experiences in process optimization and fault analysis of manufacturing processes, ideally also for joining processes of metallic materials (welding, soldering)
• Knowledge of materials in the field of austenitic steels and Ni-based materials
• Knowledge of Process Management Tools such as 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, Lean / Six Sigma
• Creativity and richness of ideas in the development of practical and practical solutions
• Structured procedure for error analysis and correction
• Knowledge of measuring technology is desirable
• German safe and English at least. B1
