Responsibility for the design, integration, supervision and testing of the assigned systems and assemblies within a project Creation of technical inquiries and order specifications - this requires close consultation with internal departments and external partners (subcontractors, authorities) Conducting technical negotiations with suppliers and evaluation of offers in close coordination with purchasing with particular attention to quality and economy Close exchange with project partners as well as the contractual integration of the systems and technical implementation according to the requirements Preparation and responsibility of acceptances, handovers and commissioning at the subcontractor or on the ship including the preparation of test specifications and protocols Control of the flow of information and coordination with adjacent coordinators and system owners within the department and other departments

Complete studies in electrical, system, news, information or ship technology, industrial engineering or a comparable course of studies, as an alternative to a further education on the technician Safe handling of MS Office, ERP systems, 3D CAD systems and product lifecycle management systems Ideally some years of experience in the shipbuilding industry or maritime industry, ideally in the German Navy Knowledge of applicable marine building regulations, standards and standards Ready for occasional service trips (approximately 10%) within Germany Technical questions are answered confidently in German and English A technically versed, efficient, reliable and solution-oriented team player with a high self-initiative, quick understanding and safe appearance
