Senior Contract Manager Construction and Engineering (m/w/d)

Rothenburgsort and mobile work| unlimited We invent what: The department of procurement and logistics is responsible for the central procurement of goods, services and construction services as well as the warehouse industry. For the company-wide infrastructure in plant engineering, construction and civil engineering, the 16-member team of contract management/construction purchases develop the entire construction contracts > 10,000€ and the awards of expert and engineering services.

Advising the specialist units and external customers in procurement law issues and participation in the preparation of tender procedures of various construction projects, in-house and expert services as well as complex or cross-company projects focusing on plant/electrical engineering, construction Implementation of the award-law examination of tender documents and preparation of award procedures in the e-contracting system of HAMBURG WASSER Continuous processing of demanding awards of construction and services incl. checking the offers, Offers, special proposals, preparation and implementation of bidder talks and creation of the award document Technical management of engineers (employees of pay groups S1 to S5), coordination and tax of tenders/contracts by appointments and capacities, as well as technical examination of the award documents Participation in the development of digital building (BIM) and the continuous improvement of processes

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, Process engineering (Master / Diploma) or comparable skills and knowledge Multiannual professional experience and comprehensive knowledge in the planning and handling of plants and/or engineering projects Advanced knowledge in public procurement and contract law (GWB, VgV, VOB, SektVO, HOAI) Safe handling of common office applications and tendering programs (iTWO, SAP-PS) Proactive action combined with pronounced analytical ability and strategic thinking Teamability and a high social competence with the ability to communicate clearly, openly and motivatingly
