· You create personal documents such as work, Amendments, agreements and certificates. · You accompany the setting process administratively and work closely with our recruiting and our HR Business partners. · You are forming the operational interface to the HR Shared Service Center and ensures a smooth process. · You support executives and employees in questions about flexible working time models and family-related absences – for example, parental periods or part-time schemes. · You actively participate in onboarding for new colleagues. · You actively contribute to HR projects or take special tasks with a view to modern personal processes.
