Monitoring of construction services in building rebuilding and in pollutant remedies, as well as monitoring of ground/groundwater remedies Monitoring the clearance measures in accordance with the documents approved for implementation, the construction contract and the generally accepted rules of the technology and the relevant regulations. Monitoring of work in contaminated areas DGUV 101-004/TRGS 524, A&S coordination Leading a building diary, joint assessment with the exporting companies Implementation and logging of construction meetings, drafting of protocols and voting with the parties cost control, auditing of accounts, auditing of accounts, acceptance of benefits Creating, updating and monitoring schedules Creating documentation Subsequent tests, incl. preparation of test reports SiGeKo services Examination of the concepts and documents to be submitted by the exporting company

Single university degree, e.g. in civil engineering, environmental sciences or a comparable subject area At least three years of professional experience in construction monitoring, as a polisher or as a construction manager Practical experience in building rebuilding, pollutant remedies, soil remedies and work in contaminated areas Ideally SiGeKo training Object/customer according to TRGS 524 and TRGS 519 Basic knowledge of waste disposal Confidence with technical regulations and the procurement law (e.g. VOB/B, VOB/C, DIN standards), and local regulations Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project), AVA programs and SharePoint
