We are looking for our adult funding center

an educational specialist (w, m, d) 

The SAILING IN conveyor center helps adult job seekers over 25 years to re-set and re-enter the sails – in the profession, in the new home, in Bremerhaven.

We accompany on the way (back) to the labour market and, if necessary, help with the retrieval of school degrees and language acquisition. In continuing training, we always provide a new opportunity for professional integration.

Your role:

• Implementation of project-related work
• Introduction to day structures/ everyday organization
• Documentation / participation in funding planning
• Working with the multi-professional team
• Network work/ cooperation with associations, initiatives and cooperation partners

Your profile:

• Recognised professional or academic degree
• Completion as a master, AEVO, pedagogical supplementary courses or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience in training or training
• communicative, socially competent, team-capable, organized
• Intercultural competence and sensitivity for the needs and challenges of people with migration background
• Class B driving licence
