Together with your team, you will shape the expansion of our beverage markets in the Allgäu region, Upper Bavaria and Swabia region and develop new locations from the location search to the opening. Head of real estate management and expansion Acquisition, evaluation and development of new locations for our beverage markets Implementation of location and economic analysis and preparation of decision-making templates Guided tours of lease, purchase and service contracts Establishment and maintenance of a network of brokers, project developers, property owners, municipalities and authorities Control of new construction, conversion and expansion projects Coordination of planning and approval processes in cooperation with architects and specialist planners Responsibility for cost, timing and quality control during the construction and implementation phase Strategic development and optimization of market and real estate stock Close cooperation with the management and internal and external project participants

With your negotiation skills, your real estate expertise and your sense of attractive locations, you are driving our expansion successfully. Complete study or comparable qualification with a focus on real estate, construction or business Multiannual professional experience in expansion, real estate development or commercial real estate management, preferably in the expansion of a branchist Representative negotiation skills and safe occurrence vis-à-vis owners, brokers and authorities Self-employed, structured and entrepreneurial work Enforcement and decision-making Class B driving licence as well as readiness to travel in the expansion area (i.e. without overnight stays) Residence up to 50 km around Buchloe in the expansion area
