For (except) tariff employees Completed academic studies of law (2nd State Exams) At least 10 years of professional experience as a company lawyer and/or lawyer company lawyer in the field of collective labour law and adjacent legal areas experience in consulting management and management teams in the context of operational co-determination as well as in the trusted cooperation with operational co-determination bodies, and the associated interface management Very good knowledge of collective labour law Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
