Facility Operations Manager [m,w,d] wenglor sensoric GmbH in Tettnang Your duties As Facility Operations Manager [m,w,d] in full or part-time at wenglor sensoric GmbH, you play a central role in managing and optimizing our company buildings. You report directly to the management and bear the overall responsibility for our locations in Tettnang and Unterschleißheim. Your main tasks include: Total responsibility for the management and maintenance of the company buildings. Planning and control of new buildings, extensions, reconstruction projects and relocations. Responsibility for rental. Budget responsibility and cost control for all facility management activities. Coordination and monitoring of external service providers to ensure smooth operation. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards. Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Facility team. Our requirements For this position we are looking for an experienced specialist with strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of facility management. Your qualifications should include: Complete degree in facility management, civil engineering or comparable qualification. First experience in a leadership role in facility management. Strong organizational skills and experience in budget management. Embossed organisational and project management skills. Cost awareness, enforcing ability and pronounced hands-on mentality.
