User support and support for the PATRIS Office distribution system Support and participation in the further development and digitization of workflows and sales channels incl. Graduate ((FH-)Bachelor) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent skills and knowledge Multiannual experience in the technical field of transport, preferably in the ÖPNV Knowledge of the implementation of IT projects and the administration of operational IT systems (including MS Office and PATRIS Office) Experience in connecting DV and web-based systems and in project management Embossed initiative and communication strength Analytical and creative thinking as well as high innovation joy and solution-oriented work driving licence class B
