You support the occupational health and work with first aid

Through your independent working and self-initiative, you support the implementation of occupational health precautions and ensure the legally prescribed tasks and medical care

You carry out medical function tests, blood withdrawals and vaccinations and take over initial care, assessment of the severity of an injury and, where appropriate, further treatment

You will also:

support the occupational physicians in their tasks and activities

in the case of administrative tasks, such as appointment arrangements, ensure processes and orders (or bookings) of goods and first aid material

Takeover of further delegable tasks to relieve the operating physicians, such as in the outpatient clinics

support the internal first aid structures, as well as emergency services

operate and monitor various medical-technical apparatuses (e.g. EKG), as well as the medical devices are waiting and maintained according to regulations

EDV documentation (e.g. Medas and Quentic) of accident reports, initial care and vaccination, vaccination of scanned documents

use the medical software Medas for documentation, evaluation, invitation and registration

• Work your own responsibilities in the department, such as the management manual or letter of invitation for precautionary appointments

support and accompany internal processes, such as editing the existing Intranet pages

You have a successfully completed training in health and nursing, ideally with experience in rescue services and can provide a multi-year professional experience

You have:

well-founded general medical knowledge and willingness to continue training in the field of occupational medicine

Experience in wound management

the willingness to acquire the additional qualification as an insurer

fluent knowledge of German and English (in word and writing) and a pronounced customer orientation

a high level of operational readiness, reliability, empathy, communication skills and are happy to work in the team

readiness to work in the staggered work during the period from 06:00 – 19:00
