Kühne + Nagel is one of the world's largest and leading freight and logistics companies. At our Multiclient site and our main office in Nuremberg, we are responsible for logistics for various customers from different industries. To further develop our site, we are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) with first practical experience in the Lean Six Sigma area. In this role you are responsible for the further development of the Kühne+Nagel Production System (PS), a Lean Management Initiative for the continuous improvement of warehouse logistics. Through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects as well as the introduction of other Lean tools such as 5S, SQCDP, value flow analyses and trainings, you will ensure a sustainable optimization of our processes and high service quality. Design the long-term development of our site with us! Support in the implementation of various Lean tools such as 5S, Kamishibai, value flow analysis Shopfloor Management as well as implementation of workshops and training Support in carrying out assessments to determine the Lean Six Sigma maturity level of the site Development, evaluation and interpretation of operational key figures as part of Shopfloor Management (SQCDEP) Controlling and analysis of activities around the production system Determination of potentials and implementation of optimization projects Support and maintenance of various supporting IT tools Support in the development, sustainable rolling and implementation of the production system (PS)

Successfully completed studies in commercial or technical fields as well as initial practical experience, also from logistics First operational project and implementation experience in Lean Six Sigma or process optimization Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or comparable desirable High affinity for processes and IT systems Moderation and trainer skills for teaching content and methods desirable Very good communication skills in German and English as well as strong convictions for targeted exchange with different target groups (employees, management, etc.)
