Working hours

• Monday to Sunday within a 5-day week
• 39 hours per week

Your duties as a chef

• Preparation, control and provision of hot food and preparation of salads and desserts
• Picking of goods and food according to delivery plan and storage of delivered goods for the distributor kitchen
• Checks of goods before transfer to the transport service
• Cleaning of all kitchen areas incl. Equipment, machinery and inventory according to HACCP
• Representation of kitchen management in the absence of inadministrative tasks (orders of goods, preparation of service plans, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed gastronomic training with several years of professional experience, ideally in communal meals or large kitchen
• Very good German knowledge required in word and writing
• Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Class B licence required
• Self-employed, structured working with high quality standards
