You take over the procurement of products and construction and maintenance services for our energy and large projects Market analyses and strategic supplier development are among your tasks You optimierst shopping processes and advise specialist areas in tenders You conduct price and award negotiations as well as contracts independently Order processing, appointment tracking and reporting are your responsibility You develop tendering strategies for recurring needs as well as project needs and then implement them You process procurement processes independently, conduct free-hand tenders incl. Prequalification of tenderers and take responsibility for contract design, negotiations, awards and follow-up work By working with several areas, you will unlock synergy effects The communication with various internal and external stakeholders is just as important as the supplier management and supplier development You take control of contract management and claim management in contract failures

Completed (specialized) university studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in purchasing, ideally in purchasing projects and in-depth knowledge in contract law Safe in handling MS Office 365 and ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially module SAP MM High analyseability, sense of responsibility and sovereign appearance – especially negotiation skills and cost awareness Service-oriented and policy-competent in cooperation with departments and a team player with communication strength Technical understanding to support the areas of expertise in the implementation of optimizations Methodology competence and flexibility to quickly work into changing topics Openness in dealing with digital solutions

Pay: We pay you by contract. You will receive €67,800 – €72,900 per year depending on your experience.
