Corporate Client Advisors (m/f/d)

You position the LBBW as a strategic partner in corporate finance and other product fields and develop, implement and accompany strategies for the further development of existing engagements as well as the new customer acquisition. Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships is important to you. At level CEO, CFO and shareholders, you are the face of LBBW with our customers in South Baden with a focus on acquisition Switzerland. You want to understand the business models and industry specifics of our customers and recognise strategic impacts and resulting needs. You advise competent, sympathetic and trustworthy, with the aim of creating and selling good customer solutions through suitable products and financial services. You guide the respective customer team. The creation of business suggestions and the co-authorization of decision templates are also part of your tasks. Strong and long-term customers rely on your expertise. Important decisions are required for credit and consortial transactions. You represent your opinion empathically and competently within the meaning of customers and LBBW. The banking environment changes quickly and thus also the requirements for our team. You continue to develop and integrate with the customer team.

You have completed a degree in economics or completed a bank-business training with further qualifications (bank-operating economist). From the acquisition of new customers to consulting in all relevant financial topics such as the asset, liabilities or fair-based business. You bring several years of professional experience in the business customer business, preferably also in the new customer acquisition. This allows you to quickly think about the business models into the needs of customers, identify possible risks and critically question topics. Coordinating, communicating and negotiating are your strengths. You are self-initiating and engaged - your knowledge is up to date with a view to future expectations. You love contact with people and convince with clear communication in German and English.
