Their role as ''Junior Consultant Corporate M&C'' is in the field of 'Corporate M&C Consulting and Public Affairs' and is subject to the disciplinary leadership of the 'Global Officer M&C'. They contribute to the implementation of global M&C strategies and projects and contribute to the strategic orientation of the department. They support coordination and content coordination between the corporate headquarters, the regional units and the divisions within the matrix organization. They are involved in the integration of important strategic content, such as the sustainability campaign and the target operating model. They communicate with internal and external stakeholders about corporate M&C activities and support strategic initiatives. They support the planning and control of Group-wide M&C projects. They are involved in the creation of concepts and campaigns on strategic core topics including relevant M&C units. They contribute to the creation of presentations and decision templates. They regularly exchange with other M&C units to promote an integrated communication strategy. They support ensuring compliance with global M&C standards and requirements.

Graduate degree in marketing, BWL or a comparable field 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing or communication Interest in communication and marketing strategies and consulting First experience in project management desirable Very good communication skills (both verbal and written) Willingness to learn and ability to work quickly into new tasks Team skills and enthusiasm for work in a dynamic, diverse and international environment Own initiative and a structured and customer-oriented way of working Ability to work under time pressure and maintain effectiveness Good organizational capability and reliable operation Flowing language skills in English (C1 Advanced) and German (C1 Advanced); other languages advantageous
