Technical Product Specialist (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Developer support:inside the technical integration of components such as virus scanners, MUK, dConnector
• Creation and maintenance of registration forms in consultation with the frontend team
• Support in designing and updating the roadmap for NOVA
• Creation of mockups, user flows and technical design
• Product Owner support in the planning and maintenance of JIRA boards, sprint structures and tasks
• Monitoring and optimization of the connection process in cooperation with stakeholders:inside
• Technical interface between product owner, architecture, development and specialist team

Your qualifications:

• Knowledge of Solutions Architecture Management
• Deep knowledge of the design and development of documents
• Experience in process optimization
• Embossed Understanding UX Methods and Frameworks (JTBD)
• Understanding technical integration of components such as virus scanners or MUK
• Deep knowledge in the field of interface communication
• Flowing German knowledge in Word and Writing (min. C1)
