You are responsible for projects of different scales in the project management and for the technical management of interdisciplinary project teams with different disciplines, such as supply technology, electrical engineering and civil engineering. You are responsible for the expert accompaniment, quality and performance of externally commissioned architectural and engineering offices and exporting firms You independently provide HOAI services The clarification and achievement of the objectives in terms of dates, costs and qualities, the organization of structures and procedures, the procurement strategy and the contracting, the taxation and quality assurance of the planning and execution participants fall into your responsibility until the project success During the execution of quality assurance, you will be able to provide the services of the freelance workers and the executive works at the construction site In addition, you are regularly on site as a contact person and advise customers on project-specific questions. You work in your department and with the cutting points in the team on the successful implementation of the projects

You have a completed degree (Diplom/Master/ Bachelor) of the Department of Supply Engineering/ Building Technology/TGA, Energy and Environmental Technology, Smart Building Engineering or a comparable technical engineering or You have a successful conclusion to the:to the state-tested technicians:in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and subsequently an at least four-year relevant professional experience in an occupation of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates of work). Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee may be paid from the E11 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately € 53.300,00 – approx. € 84.400,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). It is possible to carry out the same status of the applicants up to a position of the grade A 13 LBesO A.
