The Masterflex SE is the specialist for the effective development and production of sophisticated connecting and hose systems. APT GmbH specialises in the manufacture of high-performance fluorine polymers to hoses, shrink tubes, profiles and corrugated hoses. More than 45 employees at the Düsseldorf site provide innovative products from high-temperature resistant polymers for a variety of applications in various industries. At 01.08.2025 we are looking again for new trainees as plastic and rubber technologists in the field of semi-finished products (m/w/d) for the Düsseldorf site.

You plan on how plastic products are made so that they fit exactly with the wishes of the customers. You decide which method is best suited, for example the 'shaping' of plastic by a machine (extrusion). You are looking for the right materials and additives for the product to have the desired quality. You set machines so they work at the right temperature and pressure. You build the machines and make them ready. You see that everything is running smoothly and correct if necessary. You ensure that the finished products are safely packed, transported and stored.

You have at least one very good primary school degree or the middle maturity (FOR)? You're fit in mathematics? Are you interested in chemistry and find technical processes exciting?
