Your tasks - You can look forward to this Advise & Accompanying: They advise executives and employees of a firm support area in a sovereign manner on all personal and labour law topics, in German and English. Create the entry: you accompany the entire entry and exit process from onboarding new employees to professional offboarding. Trust & cooperation: They work closely with our works council bodies, transparent and at eye level. Promote health: You continuously develop topics related to occupational health management (BGM) and integration management (BEM). Analyze & Decide: They prepare sound evaluations, analyze personal data and prepare decision templates for management. Projects & Processes: They actively participate in HR projects and bring your ideas to the further development, standardization and optimization of our HR processes.

You have a degree in economic, legal or social sciences, ideally with the focus on personnel. They bring well-founded professional experience from a comparable position. They have practical knowledge of labour law. They communicate safely in German and English, in writing and oral. You work service-oriented, take responsibility and appreciate the team's collaboration.
