Designing a print landscape: You work in A4 printing, scanning and label printing. From further development to hardware (such as SATO printers and laser printers) for our headquarters, sales houses and logistics centers. Operating systems: You are responsible for our printing environment: Microsoft Windows print servers, Canon sysHUB, label printers and scan solutions - including ongoing monitoring and 2nd level IT support. Understanding formats: You work with data-based formats like JSON and ZPL - to control, configure and automate printing processes. Projects: You bring your know-how into technical projects: from planning to implementation, including software tests, test automation and software/hardware rollouts. Ensure stability: You actively help solve IT problems - from operational support to structured error analysis via Jira and documentation in Confluence. Teamwork: You are part of a strong team that runs all print and scan topics in the group of companies - with open communication and mutual support. External partners control: You work closely with our external service providers and ensure smooth cooperation.

Your educational path: You have completed an education or a study in the IT field or have over several years relevant professional experience with a technical focus. Your strengths: You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented. At the same time, you are stressful, ready to learn, able to team and communicate open - even in stressful situations you remain sovereign. Your profile: You bring well-founded knowledge in Windows system environments, Jira, Confluence, SAP and label printers and sysHUB. Printing processes and IT interfaces are familiar terrain for you. Your project practice: You have experience in project management: You plan, prioritize, work with tickets and coordinate tasks about boards and tools - always looking for details and dependencies. Your technical knowledge: You know how to use printing languages such as ZPL and data exchange formats like JSON, understand the technical implementation and work closely with developers on solutions. Your communication: You are safe in German and English - in exchange with project participants, service providers and stakeholders.
