• competent advice and friendly response of customers
• presentation of the goods and implementation of sales promotion measures
• Control of stock of goods and correct price marking of goods
• continuous freshness controls as well as cleansing of departments
• correct handling of individual cashier operations and settlement of the scanner bank

• ideally commercial vocational training, preferably in food retailing, or first professional experience in the food sector, e.g. as a seller
• very good food knowledge is a plus
