You are responsible for the accounting services of tenant houses and community property (WEG) You monitor payment transactions and start house and WEG accounting You check and start operating and heating cost accounting First object & portfolio reporting as well as cost-effectiveness analyses You perform general accounting and organizational activities that ensure transparency and smooth operations and set the standard in your area

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. as a accountant:in, real estate businessman (m/w/d), businessman/w for office management (m/w/d) or tax specialist:r (m/w/d) You bring professional experience in the accounting of real estate management, which is absolutely necessary You have profound knowledge in the creation of house and WEG accounts You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally have experience with Impower You show team spirit, flexibility and a structured, careful way of working as well as sense of responsibility and number affinity
