These varied tasks await you: Self-employed handling of customer requests in 1st and 2nd level support – from analysis to final solution incl. Documentation Error analysis & reproduction of technical problems as well as internal coordination and escalation Support for installations and updates of our software products Development and development of a knowledge database, both internally and externally Licensing Management: Creating license extensions and support when depositing in our software products

With your qualifications you convince us: Complete training or study in the IT or technical field of advantage first practical experience in IT support (1st / 2nd level) and experience in handling ticket systems; ITIL knowledge of advantage High software affinity, good basic technical understanding and problem solving skills Very good knowledge of German and English Embossed service orientation, team capacity, communication strength and hands‐on mentality
