You create fire protection (frames) concepts, in particular for urban existing buildings, from pre-consultancy to the implementation of the building permit procedure to the acceptance of large and complex construction projects. You are involved in the organization of fire prevention shows and conduct them together with builders and fire protection experts. You answer technical questions about building projects that are demanding in terms of fire protection technology and conduct meetings and local appointments. You always keep your knowledge in the field of fire protection up-to-date and pass it on, e.g. in the context of amtsintern training.

You have a degree in the field of architecture or in civil engineering, preferably in the field of fire protection or with additional qualification in fire protection. Ideally, you already have professional experience. You are familiar with the subject of fire protection and are familiar with the necessary laws and regulations such as construction lawbook, state building regulations, DIN standards etc. Structured and practice-oriented work distinguishes you. You analyze facts securely and apply legislation responsibly, including proper exercise of discretion. New developments are open to you. With your safe and persuasive appearance and your strong communication skills, you are convincingly representing the goals of fire protection, and involve the interests of citizens.
