The core of your activity is the analysis, evaluation and drawing of D&O risks for our business and industrial customers You create premiums, negotiate contract conditions and start offerings with risk-based tariffing in the new and existing business and are responsible for the independent management of the transferred stock As a D&O expert, you are actively contacting our sales partners, especially in the broker environment and are their first contact partner*in - professional, sales and sales promotion Through your active market observation, you always keep a current look at market developments, customer needs and sales potentials in your inventory Last but not least, you regularly work on overarching topics and projects and continuously exchange with relevant interfaces

You enjoy the underwriting and the sales activity in the field service directly with our customers / sales partners With empathy for and knowledge about the needs of sales, your self-understanding as a solution finder and your winning way, you create added value for our sales partners daily You are well organized, able to prioritize, approach your topics structured and like to meet decisions Change, innovation, teamwork and continuous training are fun for you – you think entrepreneurial and eager with vision Ideally, you have completed a degree in the field of insurance, law, law, etc. or a comparable qualification With multi-year underwriting experience in the D&O area, you bring excellent expertise and are able to penetrate business evaluations, balance sheets and key figures Travel readiness and excellent English skills complete your profile You do not yet meet all requirements to the desired extent?
