perform billing run Preparatory activities such as processing of the ELSTAM, social insurance and legal changes, which are supported on the system side – up to the creation of the corresponding payment institutions Editing of messages / error messages related to ELSTAM, DEÜV, etc. Support for patches in cooperation with external service partners Creation of special evaluations of any kind Close cooperation with the auditors during the financial year Self-employed payroll and support for a defined group of employees Collection of master and movement data in SAP HCM Administration of working time and absence data in the time economy

Certification and reporting Compilation of statistics and evaluations Private communication with authorities, financial institutions, health insurance companies and social insurance institutions Leadership of the electronic personnel file Participation in the optimization of internal HR service processes

Completed commercial vocational training and, if necessary, professional training HCM/IT environment Multiannual relevant professional experience Extensive knowledge in the SAP HCM environment in particular in the modules PT, PY, PA, OM, Self-Services, Queries Advantage: Experience with SAP-Hinweise, SAP-Year Change, Reading Logs in the Billing Environment Good knowledge of B2A Manager, interface management, understanding of ALE interface Knowledge of how to deal with social insurance and wage tax issues and problems as well as collective bargaining Very good MS Office knowledge High social competence and communication skills Self-employed, binding and reliable procedures Cooperative Personality, Hands-on-Mentality and Extensive Teamability
