You are the contact person in 2nd and 3rd level support for our internal customers

You design interfaces between different systems to best support our business processes

You develop solutions to resolve recurring errors

You are looking for workarounds for current problems and perform Cause Analysis

You implement and test bug fixes and extensions

You document solutions and create training documents as well as instructions

You are part of larger IT projects as an expert or Expert and subproject manager or subproject manager.
