The Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tübingen, together with the University Hospital and the non-Clinical Institutes, is one of the largest medical education and research institutions in Germany. About the team The team evaluation and quality management of the Medical Faculty raises feedback from students, graduates. In dialogue with the study programmes, it supports the identification of change needs and the further development of teaching through consultation and qualitative survey formats. The team is responsible for the award of faculty teaching awards and helps to make excellent innovative teaching concepts visible. Conceptual further development of existing dialogue formats with teachers and students ('Studiengangdialog'') to identify development perspectives of courses Content planning, result-oriented moderation and structured preparation of discussions with students and teachers Testing and implementation of the study program dialogue in all German and English courses of the faculty Accompanying the curriculum reform Human Medicine Preparing qualitative and quantitative data as the basis of the course development

Complete university degree at master level Experience with the conception, implementation and evaluation of qualitative surveys as well as pronounced communicative skills, sovereign appearance and safe moderation of discussions and group interviews in German and English Knowledge of statistics and data analysis and the handling of the corresponding software Outstanding analytical competence, joy in the development of innovative solutions and a structured, independent way of working, experience in project management Experiences from high school quality management and knowledge about medical studies of advantage
