Independent organization and coordination of all administrative and organizational processes around the chief physician Planning, structuring and preparation of appointments, meetings and internal processes Organisation of reception and coordination of the dates of our private patients:inside Support for medical and private medical billing Processing of all correspondence and ensuring a smooth flow of information Central contact person for patients: inside, employees and external partners – friendly, binding and solution-oriented

A completed training in the medical or commercial field is desirable, but not absolutely necessary Joy of work in the team and an open, communicative appearance Structured, independent and reliable mode of operation with a good view of relationships readiness to take responsibility and actively contribute to changes Organisational strength and ability to keep an overview even in dynamic situations Service orientation in dealing with patients:inside and a sovereign appearance Safe handling of common office applications Ideally, first experience in the organizational or administrative field (health is advantageous, but no requirement)
