Contributor Rehatechnik (m/w/d)

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated personality that has the pleasure of organizing order processes and implementing them smoothly. In this position, you support our field service in the procurement of rehabilitation aids, maintain product data and are in close contact with suppliers. If you work structured, provide technical understanding or relevant expertise and are happy to be part of a motivated team, we look forward to your application!

Your tasks:

• Ordering and processing of orders: Ensuring the timely and correct order of the required products and articles
• Pflege and update of product data in our system
• Communication with suppliers: Acquisition of offers, clarification of delivery times and availability as well as monitoring the ordering process
• Quality assurance: Check of delivered goods for quality and match with orders
• Coordination of storage: Ensuring optimal storage and inventory management
• Replacement of the product selection made by the field service by the correct and timely appointment of rehabilitation aids and medical products

Your profile:

• completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experiences in the field of rehabilitation or a related medical field are advantageous
• good expertise on rehabilitation aids and their applications
• technical understanding or relevant expertise to support product selection and ordering
• Organizational institution and careful, structured operation
• Communication strength and team skills
• Experience in the handling of goods management systems and MS Office
• customer-oriented thinking and acting in compliance with cost-effectiveness and supplier strategy
