Participation in deal teams or rounds of votes, advice on legal or systemic issues regarding the securities before contract creation Creation of collateral/security pool contracts based on Term-Sheets in coordination with the legal department Examination of incoming collateral documents Security release or Returns to outstanding engagements Leading the resulting correspondence in connection with collateral Use AI-based applications to support your work to make informed decisions based on results

You have completed an education or a study with legal or bank speciality You have a multiannual professional experience on credit collateral You have legal know-how on security related to practical application experience You are a dedicated and open person and are looking forward to working in a team You worked structured, independent and independent You'll get into the team and make suggestions for possible improvements English dominates you well in word and writing
