You are a qualified official (w/m/d) of the higher engineering service; or (w/m/d) with training comparable to that of the higher technical service; or Qualified official (w/m/d) of the high-end construction service, which can meet the conditions for the ascent to the higher service and is willing to complete the ascent course in the higher service or (w/m/d) with a qualification comparable to the advanced construction service and long-term professional experience.
