Employee Controlling (m/f/d)

You actively shape the development of a dynamic management information system with relevant key figures and control reports. You create meaningful target-actual comparisons and prepare regular reports for executives, executives and management. You advise the cost center managers in the analysis and optimization of deviations. You take over the introduction and continuous maintenance of billing systems in cost and performance accounting. You develop the cost center and cost-carrier system of the KVBW and maintain it.

Education: You have successfully completed your studies (e.g. business management with a focus on controlling, business informatics or a similar course) or have a comparable qualification. Experience: You have deep knowledge of the content of controlling and reporting, and provide several years of experience in cost and performance accounting, budgeting/forecasting, deviation analyses and investment and cost accounting. Experiences and knowledge in BI systems (preferably Power BI) are of advantage. Personality and working methods: You like to work independently, analytically and proactively, have high load capacity and keep a cool head and overview even in difficult situations. Complex facts do not provide you with headbreaking, but sporn to find good solutions. Communication strength as well as a high degree of team orientation and consulting competence complete your profile.
