Technical master qualification or technical/engineering studies or a comparable qualification multiannual maintenance experience as well as thorough understanding of modern maintenance strategies and operational eccentric methods 3–5 years of leadership in the production environment, ideally complemented by knowledge of the food industry Strong skills in the development, promotion and motivation of employees Safe application of project management methods and structured handling of technical challenges Outstanding leadership competence, clear communication and high social competence Self-employed, solution-oriented and conceptual working with strong results Good knowledge of English Secure handling of MS Office, SAP and CMMS systems
