Balance sheet and financial resources management: You have an overview of the bank balance and its risks. You tax the risks together with the team and prepare board templates. Interest risks: You have the risk profile of the bank in mind and tax the Treasury position. Liquidity risks: You monitor our liquidity codes and financial KPIs daily, derive recommendations for action and manage liquidity planning. RWA and capital: You support the bank in controlling capital and capital ratio. Trade and investment decisions: You analyse investment opportunities, meet independent investment decisions and conduct commercial transactions. Rating and capital market instruments: You accompany the bank's rating process. You have an eye on the existing capital market instruments and make suggestions for possible new transactions. Optimization of treasury processes: Together with process management, you are constantly improving our treasury processes and adapting central IT applications.

University degree in the field of economics or comparable; alternatively, an additional qualification Insufficient experience in the field of treasury, risk management or comparable financial function knowledge of the management of treasury positions and the assessment of the Bank’s risk profile Enhanced money and capital market knowledge Knowledge in the field of supervisory law, bank management and MaRisk Impressed communication skills and joy in working with colleagues, external service providers and auditors:
